We recently had a romantic escape at a hotel, and we appreciated the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates in the room. The view from the window was breathtaking, making us feel like we were on top of the world. The location was ideal, with popular restaurants and shops within walking distance.
We also had trouble communicating with the staff as we didn't have an internet connection on our phone. It would have been better if they had provided complimentary water and coffee in the room, as is common in most hotels.

The hotel location is quite convenient, being close to several shops and restaurants. the room was comfortable and well, equipped with a coffee machine, as described in other 5, star hotels. the staff was accommodating and provided a pick, up service in case of any issues, as mentioned in previous reviews. the view from some rooms was stunning, making for a pleasant stay.
Some guests have mentioned the lack of assistance with luggage upon entering the hotel, which could be improved for a better experience.

My partner and I had a wonderful time during our recent romantic escape! the room was spacious and had a beautiful view, which was perfect for our intimate moments. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries and daily room service that kept the room tidy and smelling fresh. the location was also fantastic as it was near key attractions and delicious dining options.
we were disappointed that there was no staff to assist us with our luggage upon arrival.

We were impressed by the luxurious amenities and exceptional service at this 5, star hotel. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight, with various treatments and a sauna available.
The lack of assistance with luggage upon arrival was unexpected for such a high, end venue. there were no complimentary water bottles or coffee provided in the room, which is standard in most 5, star hotels.
